Chuck started playing drums in the 5th grade school band continuing through and up to high school band. After buying a drum set for his son he realized how much happier he'd have been if he had continued playing for some sort of band. One night in Sept. 2007, he picked up the sticks and played a one night gig with Rod and joined the band the following month.
